Some people love to imitate the mundane life of a hamster. They eat, they drink and they get right back on that wheel to a destination of nowhere. Some may not realize it but a part of them enjoy being caught up in the “vicious cycles” of life, constantly repeating the same errors and mistakes.
Its often said that there are no repeats on life or do-overs however, I have come to the conclusion that if we don’t correct an error it WILL repeat until we have corrected it. There is a purpose behind every lesson, but if we don’t apply what we learned from that lesson then we will be doomed to repeat the lesson again only in a different form. Progression occurs when we apply the lessons of yesterday to the procedures of today.

We are faced with new problems, that oftentimes have been remedied by old ones. Too often people live life under the assumption that things just happen with no rhyme, reason or purpose without ever attempting to apply those things to repetitious problems
